Terms and Conditions for Coaching Services

1. Payment Terms Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancellation Policy A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule any scheduled coaching session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be treated as a completed session unless reschedule is agreed on by the coach

3. Refund Policy Once coaching services have been rendered, payments are non-refundable.

4. Rescheduling If a cancellation notice is received at least 24 hours in advance, the session may be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time, subject to availability. Rescheduled sessions will be subject to the same terms and conditions as the original booking.

5. Agreement By making a payment for coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

6. Modifications We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated in writing and will be effective immediately upon notification.
