This process includes harnessing the power of your subconscious mind to uncover and address deep-seated issues, then building new, empowering habits to support lasting change.

I am deeply passionate about your healing journey because I’ve been on one myself. Overcoming my own life challenges strengthened my resolve to help others. Through RTT, I discovered the root of my struggles with self-love, and the transformative impact of the process inspired me to share it with others.

When I work with my clients, I am confident in the power of this approach because I’ve seen it work—not just for me, but for countless others. My best days are spent celebrating my clients' progress and successes.

After two decades as a corporate leader and performance coach, I realized my true calling: helping others transform their lives. Leaving my corporate career in 2016 was the boldest decision I ever made, but it allowed me to step into my passion for personal growth and healing.

As a Jay Shetty Certified Life Coach, a Marisa Peer Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Practitioner, and a Chopra Institute Meditation Instructor, I combine extensive expertise with personal experience to guide clients through life’s most challenging moments. My journey of overcoming trauma and rediscovering purpose fuels my deep empathy and understanding.

I believe that we already have everything we need to live a peaceful, successful, and fulfilling life. The key lies in aligning the mind, body, and spirit—a process I’ve dedicated years to refining and continually evolving, which I now share with my clients.

Hypnosis

We will work together to uncover the root causes of your challenges, allowing us to address limiting beliefs and reframe negative patterns at a deep subconscious level. This includes powerful inner child healing to address past wounds and nurture the parts of you that need care and understanding. This process helps you release old programming and replace it with new, empowering beliefs that align with your desired reality.

Life coaching

I guide you through powerful questioning that stirs the soul, helping you reflect deeply, clarify your goals, and challenge limiting beliefs. Together, we will tune into and listen to the language of your body, creating alignment and guiding you toward your desired outcomes. Through personalized strategies and reflective exercises, we will cultivate the mindset and habits that pave the way for lasting change and profound transformation..

meditation

We will incorporate mindfulness practices, including Primordial Sound Mantra Meditation, to help you move from the activity of daily life into the stillness within. I strive to spread the practice of meditation, helping more people to understand its benefits as an antidote for stress and a vehicle to higher consciousness. This meditation technique allows you to deepen self-awareness, and create a lasting foundation of calm, resilience, and alignment.
