Stacey is not your typical coach, simply rehashing self-help material and feeding clichés about life. She coaches by example. She’s always there to help; to listen and offer unique and honest insight, coming from her own professional and deeply personal experiences; she is authentic and unafraid to open her heart to a stranger, like the one I was when I met her years ago. Her energy is refreshing and infectious. During your journey, every person is bound to meet these rare few individuals who give them perspective or the courage she most needs at a given moment in time. Stacey is one such person for me. She helped me realize that I didn’t have to settle. Not ever! The mere realization unlocked potential and strength I wasn’t aware of. Potential and strength which got me farther in life than I would have ever imagined.

I loved my session with Stacey! She’s a cross between that beloved teacher and your favorite aunt. You know the one? Everyone has one. From the time I got there, it was like being with family, in that it was a relaxed no judgment atmosphere, almost like a day out with your girlfriends. I had a session with Stacey Henry-Carr. I wasn't sure what I wanted help with. To be honest, I was just more so curious about hypnotherapy, that hippie dippy stuff. I didn't even know what to expect, if anything. A few days after the hypnotherapy session, I felt like me but not me. My days have been extra productive. My bestie said that she noticed a change as well. She said that I sounded really happy. She said my energy had changed. I will be listening to "The Cure" long after the 21 days. I knew the moment that I threw my covers back and sprang out of bed, that there was a change! That isn't my standard way of getting up. I am excited for everything that is coming my may.
